Recruiters can post their job requirements and interested job seekers with relevant skill-sets can apply to these jobs. After job is completed recruiters releases payment to the freelancers as agreed, till the time the fees is stored in the escrow account. Both freelancers and recruiters can rate and review each other.

Recruiter dashboard

The app has a dedicated chat system that allows users to communicate via text and voice. Jobs are regularly posted on the app and freelancers apply their bids on these jobs. Recruiters interview candidates and then can hire them.
