Off Plan is a UK-based real-estate property selling and resting marketplace. There are 2 types of users on the site: real-estate agents who want to sell and rent the properties, and the users who want to buy these properties. Off Plan is the marketplace where both these users meet online. The site lists the properties available in all the UK cities like Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester, and many more. The admin charges certain percentage of commission from the agents to allow them to sell their properties on the site. NBT built the site from scratch including design and development.

Features
- Revolut and Stripe payment gateways have been used on the site to accept subscription payments online by the admin
- Agents panel: real-estate agents can fill out the registration form to onboard the site and start listing their properties
- Each property has high quality images, videos, and 3D tour
- Agents can upload the property related documents like floor plan, legal, etc that can be downloaded by the users
- Mortgage calculator allows users to calculate the instalment amount based on specific inputs like loan amount, down payment, interest rate, etc.
- Users can send message or query related to the property directly to the agents
- Google Map API has been used to locate the property on the map and show all the near by landmarks
- Users can mark a property as a favourite or share them on social media platforms
- Users can sort the filtered properties by price- low to high, price high to low, date new to old, date old to new
- Admin can see and manage all the agents directly from the admin dashboard
- Each agent has to pay a monthly subscription fee to list their properties on the site
- Each property has a price trend graph that depicts the price change over the past few months
